I wonder if Baltimore will pretend this is an actual regular season game....I wouldn't be surprised if so.

Hail the Halama Phone! May he pitch well in this two or so innings of work. I wish he'd somehow fix his eyebrows cuz they creep me out.

Be nice if they'd win one, just for the halibut. Or scrod, or haddock.

For anyone looking for updates, the score is Orioles 5, Sox 3 after 8.

RedSoxAnni
Final 5-3 Orioles.

I'll format RSB's box score so we can read it!

Looks like I was right...the Orioles DID treat this as a regular season game it seems.

Anyone know where I can get the cumulative ST stats up to this point? It seems like Payton is tearing it up.

Anybody else starting to get ever so slightly nervous that we can't score more than 3 runs?

Just wondering.

We had the exact same pattern in ST last year. No problem. They'll hit when it counts.

Just think about the Patriots in the 2004 pre-season...blown out by the Bengals and the Jaguars! The game with the Jags was one week before the regular season opener. Of course, the Pats started the season 6 - 0 and the rest is history.

Aug. 13 vs. EAGLES W, 24-6
Aug. 21 at Bengals L, 31-3
Aug. 28 at Panthers L, 20-17
Sept. 2 vs. JAGUARS L, 31-0
