Game at 1:05. It will be on WEEI. Last night, Jerry and Don said that it would be on WSBK, to make up for the game they couldn't televise on March 17. However, that info is not on the Sox website.
Scheduled starting pitchers, Erik Bedard v. David Wells.
Ft. Myers weather at noon: 2,600 scattered, visbility 10 statute miles, temperature 82F, DP 69F, wind out of the southwest at 13 knots.
Forecast: Hot and humid with a chance of showers and thunderstorms, with winds gusting to 26 knots.

In addition to the chance of thunderstorms, there's also a tornado watch in the area!
No score after one half inning. Wells gave up a couple hits, but got out of the mess.

Better that than the winter storm watch in the BOS area, in my book.
It's been a long, long winter.

OK, gotta ask - what the heck happened to Johnny in center??
Pulled muscle? Toenail trim? Spider bite? WHAT?

Johnny Damon left today's game in the sixth inning with an apparent leg cramp.
With the way Damon and manager Terry Francona were smiling as Damon left the field, it obviously wasn't a serious problem. The center fielder is day-to-day. Mar. 23 - 2:34 pm et
According to MLB.com, the game's been wrapped due to weather, 6-1 O's. Wells gets the "L"

They had a rain delay, then called the game. All stations around Ft. Myers are reporting rain and thunderstorms.

Damn sick of getting pounded by the O's. Hopefully it doesn't happen in the regular season again. It sure looks like they smacked Wells around today.

There's an error in the box score (again). Wells gave up one homerun, to Tejada.
