Nothing yet for me. I guess its on to the series!
Hildy910

I got my email saying that I had an opportunity to try at 3:37 today. I also got an email telling me I didn't win at 7:20--I had registered through Red SOx Nation as well as through the general lottery. My problem is that I have to get my daughter off the bus at 12:20 tomorrow--how long do these suckers take to sell out?
wincheck
Shut out again. In 2+ years of these multiple lotteries, I have yet to get in once. I was hoping the RS Nation pool would have better luck.
MFLetou
I'm out too. I did win the Monster lottery once, but never postseason.

The official 'you are a loser' e-mail:

REDSOX.COM POSTSEASON TICKET PURCHASE OPPORTUNITY
Presented by PC Connection
===========================================================

Thank you for registering for a chance to purchase tickets
for the Red Sox postseason. Unfortunately your entry was
not selected for our online ALCS sale. But, should World
Series tickets be made available, you are automatically
eligible for that random drawing. Details on any World
Series ticket sale will be announced at a later date.

Thank you again for your participation.
dag2000
I registered for the lottery and haven't received any notification emails.

I received an email last week saying I won--BUT "test" was written at the end of the subject line and the body of the email was empty. Damn you, ticket masters!

Nothing came of that, and yesterday I received the you get no tockets email to my other account.

Good luck to all y'all in future lotteries, though. This seems a strange system be.

I got the 'you're a loser' email. Of all the ticket lotteries I've entered for Sox tickets, I think this is only the 2nd time I've gotten any sort of notification.

The Sox email system blows goats.

Does anyone know if ALCS phone sales are going on today? I assume they start at 3pm similar to the ALDS sales, but I haven't heard anything. Anyone know?
BentleySoxFan
I would assume so, but I'm not sure. I got through at 2 mins past the hour last year and scored piggybacked field boxes in 70 for Game 4, so I'm hoping to get lucky again.

Anybody score tix thru the VWR?

That happened to me last year. I called the ticket office and was told there was nothing to be done.
Hildy910

I got tickets--SRO for game five. I actually opened the virtual waiting room at 12:01, then had to go get yon daughter off the bus and son at preschool, and didn't get back till 12:30 or so, and just took was was available. I feel blessed to be there at all!

Edit=not only did the guy in my office get in but he scored field box seats for the first Fenway game. God Damnit (in Cartman's voice).

I've been trying for an hour or so, but I just get a busy signal- (I am calling long distance though). I never can get through to that #, even when I have the computer dial.

I got through at 3:05 only to hear a recording tell me that tix go on sale at 3:00 - then I was promptly disconnected. UNF*CKEN BELIEVABLE, So Close!! Haven't been through again, just busy signals & I'm calling local.

This is the part of the playoff experiance that I could do without!

I got in but I didn't end up buying anything weep.gif . There are plenty of tickets left for all three games but mostly in the $125 per seat (plus $27 in fees) range. I was hoping for bleachers at $50 per seat but there is nothing below $90 per seat. I know, I know its the playoffs but I was at game one of the World Series so everything else pales in comparison and the holidays are right around the corner.

Interesting. I got the 'you suck' email yesterday or the day before, and today I got a 'congrats' email for Friday.

Hmm. I'll try, I guess.

My dad got the same thing yesterday. Like you we'll have to give it a try.

Being a 10th man holder I was able to purchase 4 tickets to ALCS home game 1. section 39 row 29- not the greatest but i'll take it. Now all I need is for that game to be played. I got my fingers crossed here.

I got in just after 12:00 (I opened multiple VWR windows). I could have gotten Right Field Box seats but the location makes them basically bleacher seats so I went with Right Field Grandstand 9 Row 16, two seats together.
Zenit2k9
I opened 7 windows, got in with 4, but the application got smart this time.

HOWEVER, I am now the very proud owner of two right field grandstand seats for Game 3 of the ALCS.
