I'll betcha that this would be okay under copyright laws, though... it doesn't use a logo. Can the Sox trademark/copyright-protect commercial use of "Fenway Park" as a phrase?

I'm not a lawyer nor do I play one on TV.

It's an okay idea, Jack, but I'll be honest... it doesn't "get" me... sorry. Hope she gets sales from those it does.
