We need the bats to wake up tonight..we got held to 2 runs by DiNardo..that's disgusting.
Hopefully we win the next two games and split the series. That would be just fine.

Man, I really don't like that Pena-Mirabelli-Crisp-Lugo thing.
Hopefully I can stay up past the first pitch tonight, I took a nap after work. Gotta get atleast one of these late night games in.
Mish I'm on Central time and i can't stay up...I tivo it and don't check the score. I wake up early and kind of flip through before going to work. These last two games have set me off in a sour mood...

Since this team can't hardly hit a ball out of the infield I'm thinking this team is flat.

Don't sweat it, game thread posts don't count in your total.... However your concern about the offense is quite valid.
Coco Crisp may be the worst hitter in baseball. Get one of those AAA kids up. They might suck, too. That's OK. Just do something.
The team came off a tight losing effort against the Yankees then jumped on a plane to play Monday night clear across the country. The Sox are in a funk plain and simple. They're a bit weary right now.
Anyone who isn't concerned at this point isn't paying attention. These team looks dead--flat. The pendelum has swung. They lost two heartbreakers in a row. The Yankees are now winning.
