I just wish the Jays didn't make so many errors... can't believe they made none against us.
Torre really wants this one, got Rivera in for the 9th, game tied at 11.

Well no shit.
However, since that is very unlikely to happen, tracking the performance of the team 2 back in the loss column is probably justified.

Hill did, however, manage to give the mfy another 2 runs by sucking at catching baseballs in his leather glove. That's 2 games in a row. Wonder if he's from the Bronx.

Meanwhile, in the RED SOX game, which is going on apparently in the background of some other contest in New York, Dice-K paints the corner to K Pena. Throwing a lot of pitches though - at least until Lugo climbs the ladder to snare the 3rd out. OK, now you can go back to watching the Yanks...

He didn't hurt us in that series anyway. The Jays have been giving the mfy all they can handle, it's just that their 2nd-baseman sucks worse than anything else has ever sucked.

Good point. I was talking in terms of the MFY losing more games to the Jays because of one's team bullpen being better than the other's.
Anyways, a quick look at the scores right now show that the Tigers are losing 5-1 so far... if they keep it going this way, we clinch tonight.

20 minutes later, they are still bitching about it. It's times like this that I am glad Dewayne Statts doesn't do the Yankee games anymore.
There have been three calls in the past 3 weeks that have gone against the D-Rays. This is because they are out of the race, or so goes Statts' logic.
