The winds are calm at KSNA and KLAX now, but some other stations in the area are reporting gusts near 30 mph. The wind could increase with daytime heating and mixing.
The winds will be out of the east to southeast, off the mountains. An east wind would be in from right, but a southeast wind would be out toward left.
