Did you enjoy the book and do you recommend getting it to read?
Opinions?

It had a very noticeable pro-Red Sox bias, but that didn't really have much of an effect on my enjoyment given my position as a Red Sox fan. Pretty good read, very accessable, and relatively insightful. Not a waste of time.

I thought he was a little to close to his sources, which could cloud his objectivity. However, I did enjoy reading this. It did give a good deal of insight into the sale of the team, most of which I was not aware of.

Good book although the early chapters are a little bland.
He has a pretty descent blog too.

Well worth reading. I tore through it in a weekend. It does a good job shedding light on some of the bigger stories from recent Sox history...

some interesting stuff.
the toughest part was Mnookin himself, who seems to revel in the fact that he was there and you weren't.
I get the feeling he wrote the book not for his readers, but for his own ego.
