I get blocked when I try to open anymore than 2 windows. Tried this with Firefox and IE too.

Control N used to open up multiple windows. Are they able to block that? Is there another trick to opening multiple windows? Help!

interesting when I open new windows the address is VWR, while my first window is http: Frontline.....

I thought previously all the windows had the same address.....

Folks, the trick that worked to get Sox Pax (changing web address by one digit) still works.

What was that trip, exactly?

Yes, it does seem to work - (2 and 3 only) by I am hitting the wall "high transaction volume". I hit this wall for literally 2 hours last time with no tickets to show for it. But I heard that others had luck with this so back at it we are.

Wasn't that just changing a 4 to a 3?

Back up...can someone explain this from the beginning. Where do you change the digit?

Yeah the same thing happen to me, I was stuck in the High transaction code and never got tickets by using the "3"...but it did get me to the ticket section, but never got tickets that way. I had to wait until one of my "4" windows came up.

Holy crap, changing the 4 to a 3 works, I'm in!

after purchase now..copy the entire web address, paste into new browser, change the 4 to a 3 and hit enter. this will bring you to calendar of games, pick a gmae and it should bring you the the page that allows you to choose # of tix and section or best available.
I am stuck in high transaction volume terrtiory as well....

by changing purchasenow4 to purchasenow3 but like for the sox pax it brings you the high volume message and I really dont think anyone had any luck doing this with the pax even close to the end of the day

Man, I thought I had beat the system. I got in well before 10AM then at 10 they added the links to all of the games and I scored 3 tickets to a Sunday game against the Cards. I went to checkout, entered all of my CC info then when it went to process I just got a blank page. Left it there for 10 minutes, nothing. When I clicked on the link to my Shopping Cart, I got tossed back to the VWR. WTF!??!!!??!?!?!?!??!?



No receipt in my inbox either. CURSE THE VWR!!!!!

And that's where you'll continue to be stuck. I tried this last time, and you NEVER get past "high transaction volume". I had friends that tried this also and none of them ever got to purchasing. Better to wait on line like the rest of us.

I don't doubt you that it is go time. Even if you only had 4 White Castle burgers, you will still be going for the rest of the weekend.

White Castle should ONLY be eaten at 4:30 AM after a night of drinking. This way, you won't notice the hangover later in the day.

I don't think it works, but gets you into the buying area.

Change the 4 after purchasenow to a 3

So it will read: frontline.puchasenow3.tickets

Yes...I got in once and maxed out on my one transaction, so now I'm heading back.

Got tickets for the entire White Sox series at the end of August and one game of the Milwaukee series in May.

I'm trying for the other two for the Brewers, and then something in the Cardinals series...but the Cards series was already looking low on inventory.

Anyone have the cheat link for me......



Also I have 2 tickets to the June 20th ST. Louise game that I can not make cause its my wedding weekend..... if anyone is interested...

And one hour, one window, no luck. I don't know why I go through this every year. I keep telling myself, "never again", but here I am. Oh well.

No, the "4" way.

The problem was that I was looking for Loge tickets, and for most of the games, either because it was too early in the process, or, I suspect, too LATE in the process for the Cardinals...there was nothing but AA Walkway Advisories. Having sat in BB before, there's no way I'm going to do that.

I was able to get some nice LGBs for 2 of the ChiSox games, and then the other 2 were Sec. 15 IF GS.

Sent you a PM about the 6/20 game. Just looking for 2 tickets to any weekend game. My son will be 1 in June and want to take him to his first game!

Mine is 1 next week and we have been thinking hard about it...finally decided to wait another year. He's so squirmy, I just can't imagine him at Fenway. We live in the DC area, so another option is Baltimore, but....I can't do it. His first game has to be Fenway.

When I was in I noticed the same thing. I almost got 3 BB seats but passed on em. Too much money to watch the top of people's heads all game.

Haven't gotten back in...oddly low number of limited availability games. I wonder if they are havng problems.

I just logged in and got 14 seats together to take some of my west coast clients, decent seats too (sec 112). It took all of 5 min, and I am off.

If only our VWR was this easy, but then we'd probably be sucky like the A's...

They could be. I had my one window lock up in the middle of a refresh and as a result, had to open a new window, thereby losing my place in the line.

Looks like unless I get in before 1 ET I'm going road-trippin' again.

Got in after 30 minutes or so and scored first row bleacher seats to Patriot's day and got 4 bleachers for the Gabe Kapler comeback special (5/16)!

Still in the VWR with multiple windows open and the wife's credit card....
