How does he give up four hits, a walk and five runs and none of them earned? To answer your question, he is continuing to stink. How much patience do Farrell and Tito have with this guy?

And he also hit a batter!

I believe any runs that score after an error which should have ended an inning are considered unearned. So any damage that happened after Ginter's error (I'm just assuming here didn't see or hear the game), does not affect Lopez's ERA. Theoretically, he could have had a 2 quick outs before the error and all hell broke loose. Not his fault in this case.

I missed the inning that he pitched because I had to meet with a student, so I don't know what happened. But if he gave up four hits, a walk, and a HBP in the inning, the error was the least of his problems!
