Papi may not be playing today but here's some game mojo in recognition of him becoming a US citizen today:

I think this site may be officially dead.

That being said, Colon hasn't been the same since the wrist. Take him out.

I agree. I asked a moderator about the lack of traffic and got no answer.

I keep checking in on the game threads, and seeing nothing. I'll start posting more in hopes that everyone that worships me will start up as well.
Jack Hayden
Maybe you're driving everyone away, Westlake. Ever think about that?

So you're going to post twice?

So, when Manny walked in that inning...was the ump about to call a strike on the 3-1 pitch, and then just decided not to bother since Manny was 4 steps down the line? It looked like the ump really wanted that one.

I totally saw that, too. I guess the ump figured he'd bow to the higher authority on the strike zone.

It would be possible if I actually posted. Maybe people are seeing my name at the bottom of the page and leaving. If so, good. F you all.

Pedroia has driven the ball pretty well today and has an 0-4. Oh, and I think Luke Scott has an OPS of around 3.000 against us so far in his career.

I think the problem isn't so much that we see your name at the bottom of the page...it's that we see your name at the bottom of the page, keep waiting for some pictures of hot Asian chicks, and when it doesn't happen we have to head off to alternate web destinations.
Bergs
Don't you hate it when you think you're clicking on a thread title, but you are actually clicking on the last poster in that thread? And then that person looks at his "Viewing Profile" and thinks you're stalking him or something?

Man that pisses me off.
MFLetou
Uh, yeah...Timlin probably isn't going to work out here.
TreeRol
In other news, Mike Timlin still sucks.

Edit: way to steal my comment, jerkface!

I'm so one-dimensional. frown.gif

Its 8:43 PM, and Mike Timlin still sucks. He needs to load the bases for Oki, this game isn't close enough.

It's ok Bergs, I know you weren't stalking me. I'm kind of stalking you though, just so you know.

Cool! I've always wanted a stalker!

This is sad. it was 6-1 before Timlin was put in and now its 6-3 and 2 bases are occupied.. I wish Timlin would just go and do some fishing with Charlie Moore or something... Hes all set for retirement!

Regardless, water. And a 2-game lead.

Great job by Colon, again.

Now, let's go A's.

I have to confess, I'm a little surprised at Colon's success. With the unforeseen circumstances we've run into with the pitching staff, he's proven to be a quality nab.
