How can a guy that goes by the name of Boggs be a pitcher? Boys, let's leave this guy hanging by his jersey, on a nail, on the green monster. mad.gif

Nice to see Dice-K back. Hope he learned to find the strike zone while he was gone.

He found the middle of the plate for Aaron Miles.
We are also blessed today to hear Tim McCarver as well. banghead.gif

Same old - same old. Somebody should tell him that if you walk someone, and the next guy hits a homer, it's 2 runs. 1st thought after the home run was feeling bad about Schilling, a guy who hardly walked anybody. Worst 8 - 0 pitcher ever. I could have hit that hanger.
SoxAroundTheWorld
Striking out the #9 hitter doesn't help boost my confidence much.

Let's show Mr. Boggs what a real offense can do. Anyone for a 12-10 victory today?

Thanks DiceK.
Malzone64
As the market value of Japanese pitchers heads for a two year low. Jesus, who do we have:

Beckett
Lester
Wakefield
Masterson

Hopefully, Dice-K can find his way back. I don't know.
SoxAroundTheWorld
Granny for Glaus - wonderful. Think I'm going to watch the Netherlands-Russia soccer match - and I hate soccer.
amanuel777
this one turned real ugly, real quick.
time to switch to the Euro Cup game.

Any Celtics games left? blink.gif

Yay, the Sox only need 6 runs to tie...

We'll win this game. Watch.

Silver lining - Mr. Smith has done well (since giving up the granny). The bullpen thanks him.
Malzone64
Be leery of teams that have just gotten swept at home by the Royals. No kidding, the Cards did.
Malzone64
Good old fashioned butt kicking there. OK, Mr. Ace, Josh, sir, time to be a stopper again. You go Josh!

I would rather Jon Lester play the stopper than have to sit through another loss.

How come Beckett's start got pushed out?

All I know is that today it's going to be Lester vs. Piniero. I don't know why Beckett is starting against the D-Backs.
