We are playing horrible banghead.gif

We need to do something about Ortiz. He is becoming more of a liablilty in the lineup then a force!
jbelushi
yeah, but no ones hitting really well on the road i reckon
SFFM38
Its pretty obviously Ortiz is having a OFF year it kinda of reminds me when Curt Schilling tried to come back to pitch in 2005.
Todd Lazarchick
Its a shame because once again Lester is pitching pretty well and we give him no support!\

A 6 pitch 4 inning and we wont even get a runner on in the top half of the 5th watch.
Todd Lazarchick
Another squandered chance with 2 men on banghead.gif

Lest we forget that AJ Pierzynzki is a douchebag...

...a fan totally had that foul pop-up lined up. But the fan did the right thing (as a baseball fan - wrong thing for the Red Sox) and didn't interfere with the player making the play. Then Pierzynski walks away with the ball. Damn, man. You're in Chicago. You should know all about fan interference. Reward that guy with a souvenir.

What a shocker, Delcarmen comes in and gives up a homer to his first batter. If we have a chance to unload him we should!

it was a bad pitch yeah, had hit me written all over it, but its not like he does it every time in relief

he is nowhere near consistant.
jbelushi
that was a closer game than it appears, bay makes that out in the 5th and they dont score those two rbi's, its just him getting to know the team, unfortunate because lester was just as good as buerly

So is it time now to admit that this team won't win in the playoffs should they get there? They can beat up on Kansas City and Seattle sure, but put a decent team in the other dugout and they can't do anything right.

Um, no. This is becoming almost as bad as the NBA playoffs. After every loss you have the doom and gloom people claiming that they're done or they'll lose the next round or whatever. It's one game.. enough.
