The idea is everyone picks one prospect (or more if they want to), and gives a monthly report on his/her prospect including bio, stats, splits, articles, etc. Anything relevant to his success and future. Please, if you claim a prospect, take the responsibility seriously and present relevant information that we will enjoy reading as the players are promoted/traded/etc. Also note that this is not a one-and-out thing; participants are encouraged to update their prospects as they see fit.

Can't say as I've been to the one in Springfield, but I'm familiar with the one in Columbia, MO. The day my wife, daughter, and I moved back "out east" we had a friend take our picture in front of the shop, with its large "Liquor - Guns - Ammo" sign. Around here it's difficult enough to get beer on Sundays, never mind one-stop shopping for your drinking and shooting needs.

Displayed line drive power and had a couple nice snap throws to first. He came out of the DSL for the Sox last year.
