The Boston Red Sox and Pittsburgh Pirates are hours away from finalizing a trade that would send closer Joel Hanrahan to Fenway. Boston will send minor league pitcher Stolmy Pimentel and first baseman Jerry Sands to the Pirates, while pitcher Mark Melancon may be included as well, according to ESPN.
