So far, the Red Sox have lost LHP Cesar Cabral to the Royals, but have gained SS Marwin Gonzalez from the Cubs. Could possibly stick around as a utility infielder if they part ways with Jed Lowrie or Marco Scutaro.

OK, apparently the Royals have traded Cabral to the Yankees for cash. Also, the Red Sox have traded their pick (Marwin Gonzalez) to the Astros for RHP Marco Duarte.
