As a gambler I used to be superstitious, then I realized that being superstitious was unlucky.

My predictions for today...

Beckett won't be great, but he won't be horrible either. The Sox will extend their MLB best home opener winning streak to 8 with a 6-4 win. A Cody Ross HR will be a huge factor in the game,

fake edit: I just realized that if I'm right I am going to have to start making predictions for every game... that's ok. I'm up to the task.

Clean slate. New beginning. Fresh look. Live in the present. Blah, blah, blah.

Just win.

I didn't say you were superstitious. I said you were unfunny, asshole. I am allowed to have my own superstitions, aren't I? If not, the terrorists have won.

Fake edit: I'm cranky.

I wish I was throwing out the first pitch today.

Just so I could throw it at Luke Scott's face.

I can't wait for these faggots to get booed out fo the building during introductions.

I'd boo everyone except for Pedroia and Jenny Dell if I were there.

I was not contesting the part of your statement that said I was unfunny. I was contesting the part where you said being unfunny was unlucky. You may continue to carry on with whatever superstition you like.

As far as being cranky goes, we're about 3 hours away from a Cody Ross home run that should cheer you up.

Why do Gonzalez, Ortiz and Ellsbury deserve to be booed?

Gonzalez-It's God's will.
Ortiz-They're having him try to steal bases this year.
Ellsbury-Clearly gave no effort last season...or this season so far.

God wants us to boo Adrian Gonzalez

I'd cheer Ortiz, I'm being unfair to him

Ellsbury was great last year, but he's still a pussy

Well, that was lame, but at least they booed that chicken eating piece of hot garbage.

Bobby V got a pretty bad reaction too. I'd call it 50/50.

Wake and Tek with the first pitch. Nice.

Edit-Why do they insist on playing shit music?

I think that kid who just gave the ball to Wakefield has more mobility than Kevin Youkilis
