Game time: 7:10 pm
Scheduled starters: Justin Verlander (5-2, 2.15) v. Daniel Bard (4-5, 4.69)
The game will be on NESN, ESPN, and WEEI
Boston weather: 5 pm observation at KBOS: Wind out of the northeast at 10 mph, visibility 2 miles in fog and haze, few clouds at 400 feet, broken layer at 2,400 feet, overcast at 22,000 feet, temperature 64F, DP 60F
Forecast: Foggy, foggy night... It's going to be warm and muggy, with the wind blowing in.
There is a chance of thunderstorms and rain tonight, including the risk of severe storms. There is a line of thunderstorms in eastern NY, moving into Berkshire County. However, it is 10 degrees cooler in Boston than it is just west of Route 95/128. The cooler air is going to have a modifying effect on the storms as they move east and they will lose a lot of their energy by the time they get to the coast.
There is still a chance of rain, but they should be able to play tonight's game.

I don't want to have any of his babies, but I'd be delighted to have some rice and beans with David Ortiz.

Meh, sometimes it's best not to live in the past.
We've been down this road before... I just did a search and found this from last year.

Yay.
I'm starting to like this team.
Even though they will still finish behind the Blue Jays
