**MOJO** - Breakfast Cereals Day 2
The responsible baseball fan in me wants to see fundamental plays in the field, well executed at bats where the batter exhibits patience and good pitch selection, and a pitcher on the mound who shows poise in handling batters safely.

But the kid in me wants to see diving catches, home runs jacked a mile high, and pitchers pumping their fists in the air after getting a strikeout!

I guess it's just too bad that there isn't a breakfast cereal which appeals to both sides of my personality... or is there!

The best things come with a blend of the responsible and the fun, just as Frosted Mini Wheats have the healthy wheat covered in frosting that the kid in you will love! If the Sox wish to continue their win streak, they will need to rely on both facets of today's mojo. Healthy wheat for the adult in you that needs to see a well played and managed ball game, and sweet frosting for the kid that wants to see plays for the highlight reel.

Of course, for some people the bite sized mini wheat just isn't enough to cut it. But fear not, there is a little bonus mojo for the heartier of players who need that little bit extra:

Frosted mini wheats: part of this balanced mojo breakfast!

Is Tek hurting or is he just getting an extra day off? Nice to see Graff back.

I suspect he's just getting a day off seeing there's a day game tomorrow and he did get beat up quite a bit last night. The Sox will be playing until Sept. 22 without a break, so I suspect that each of the regulars will get a day off between now and then.

Yeah the next two and a half week stretch is just brutal. I'd expect to see Manny and Damon get a day off again sometime over the next week when we face a less than average pitcher or something.

It really is hilarious that I'm about to ask this question. But why isn't Millar playing?

Good question. The problem is that both Olerud and Millar have been hitting righties very well lately.

Millar doesn't hit Lopez well: .179/.207/.321 in 28 at bats.
Olerud: .429/.429/.714 in 21 at bats.

Does JHB have the scouting on the home plate ump with these two starters that require the corner calls?

Today's breakfast drink to go with the cereals is good ol' OJ. Or Orange Juice as called by others. Orange Juice is been told to help improve your vision and help your cuts heal faster. May the Red Sox' vision and overfamiliarization of Lopez pay off finally today and may the weak be re-energized. So drink up, boys...we're gonna need it!

Way to make yourself sound intelligent. I'm not saying he never did roids, but there's absolutely no proof of it. None.
