Schedule: Ubaldo Jimenez (0-0, 1.59) v. Curt Schilling (2-0, 3.38)
The game will be on FOX, WRKO, and ESPN Radio
Boston weather: 2 pm observation at KBOS: Wind out of the northeast at 10 mph, visibility 10 miles, few clouds at 3,500 feet, broken clouds at 10,000 feet, temperature 55F, DP 43F.
Forecast: Brrrrr..... The last patch of rain is moving off the coast, and high pressure is building in New England. The broken layer is gone over central Mass.; it was clear in Worcester at 1 pm and the clearing line is moving east. It's going to be a mostly clear and cool evening, with temperatures possibly dipping into the 40s before the game is over. The winds will remain north to northeast at less than 10 mph. That's blowing in from left, across toward first.

Schill is perhaps the best pitcher in the league and yet his age worries me everytime he takes the mound.

Nah. I'm just kidding. Good to have another kindred spirit, at least in conference, on here.

This game will hinge on Ubaldo Jimenez more so than Schilling. I don't buy his postseason success - two starts against lackluster postseason opposition, an average of 5 2/3 innings in those starts, with only three more strikeouts (11) than walks (8). This kid is going to get lit up. As long as Schill keeps the Rox to 5 runs or less, I think the Sox walk away with this one.
Let's go Sox! I'm doing my best out here in Wolverine country to rally the local Sox fans - here's to a W in game two!

Schill and the Sox should sweep the other leg of the Rockettes tonight.

That better be some kind of reverse mojo or something.
Fake Edit: Note to Barstaff, I know, but I am NOT going to stop questioning it until it stops working.

There has been a lot of talk that she's on the downhill slope, but tonight further solidifes Curt's post-season legacy. The strike zone can not possibly be smaller than last night's. I look for domination and a 2-0 Sox lead.
