Game time 1:15 pm

Scheduled starters: Daisuke Matsuzaka v. Esteban Loiaza

The game will be on mlb.tv, gameday audio, and WRKO

Vero Beach weather: noon observation at KVRB: Wind out of the north at 13 mph with gusts to 23 mph, visibility 10 miles, sky clear, tempearture 65F, DP 48F

Forecast: It looks like a high pressure ridge that is moving into Florida will keep things dry today, but the air mass is a bit cool, even for Florida. It will be sunny, with winds out of the north to northeast, gusting to over 20 mph. The temperature might make it to the upper 60s. The wind will be blowing in from right.

The game will be shown on NESN at 8 pm! Leftover baseball...

Old friend Esteban Loiaza is on the mound for the Dodgers. This should be good.

Well, the game is NOT on NESN, at least not live! It is on the schedule as a NESN game, but they'll show it at 8 pm Right now, NESN is showing Charlie Moore! So it's baseball on the radio this afternoon with John Meterperel. Ugh...

Why would NESN show us Charlie Moore in the afternoon, and then show us a rerun of a spring baseball game in the evening???

I listened to some of it on the drive home earlier and came in to ask who it was calling the game with Joe...

Meterparel is so over the top cartoonish, it's just...ugh...I never thought I'd want Glenn Geffner back.
