Too bad. I wanted to ask if there was any "possible world series matchup" comment by some announcer. Maybe on mlb.tv? Kind of early though, to say the least.

Just following SOSH, Lester and Santana putting on a pitching clinic. When are the Red Sox going to start swinging the bats?

From Joe McDonald's blog in ProJo:

Lester outstanding

It may only be a spring training game, but Jon Lester is pitching more like it's a meaningful regular-season game in September. The Soxí lefty is completely dominating the Mets this afternoon at Tradition Field in Port St. Lucie.

Lester was the last player off the teamís bus early yesterday morning and it was clear he was definitely in the zone. It translated into his third start this spring.

He completed four innings of work he has allowed just two hits with five strikeouts and one walk. He threw 66 pitches (42 strikes).

DST is killing me!! Why does yours start so early and in Europe it's March 30th?! So it's a 5 hour difference instead the usual 6 hour difference. Missed a few innings >.<
