Game time: 7:35 pm

Scheduled starters: Sidney Ponson (8-5, 5.21) v. Tim Wakefield (10-11, 4.24)

The game will be on NESN.

Anyone know if this game is going to be shown on MLB Extra Innings? Or does the ESPN broadcast rule apply even though they aren't showing a game tonight?

I'm watching it on YES. Is there anybody in particular you wanna know about? I missed the lineup, but I can construct it.

I'd rather see Timlin on the post season roster than Ardsma.

I was all set to post how cool it was that Timlin got a win in his last major league game... oh well.

Edit: If the Sox don't score in the 9th, let Van Every pitch the 10th and get the hell out of there.

Wait a minute, is this the same pitcher who had no no thru 5 innings before it was rained out last year against the Orioles? or am I going crazy?

EDIT: last regular game in 2007

Are we trying to lose?
We couldn't have sent up somebody who actually could end this game instead of Dress for Less man?

JVE is by far the most popular player in both clubhouses and the press box. Everybody just wanted to go home after a very long day.
