Listen assholes, if you are baseball fans (and apparently none of you d-bags are with the exception of Anni) you will WATCH THE ****ing WORLD SERIES. What the **** has happened to baseball fans, anyway? It used to be, back in the day, that the Series was must watch for any baseball fan. Now, these days, unless our team is playing, we can't be bothered.

Stop being such ADD-laden Pussies. Oh I'm sorry, there aren't any high speed crashes or violent hits to keep you numbskulls interested. Maybe you can find a Wrestlemania replay on Versus or something. Or better yet, why don't you enchanted fairies see if you can find something of interest on Oxygen?

The first World Series I remember watching featured Mickey Mantle, Series MVP Bob Gibson, Ken Boyer and Whitey Ford. I can remember how happy my brothers were to see the Cardinals upset the MFYs in seven games. I was hooked.

And now, you all are wondering whether you should watch these games?

In a normal year, I watch the World Series if the Yankees aren't involved. This year, however, I not only hate baseball…but the two teams that I was all set to root for after determining that I hated baseball lost in the LCS to two teams that I was all set to root against.

I enjoyed watching Texas lose last year. If they lose this year, I will enjoy those final innings. Until then…

I don't know. College sports are stupid. The NBA doesn't exist, which isn't so bad. Hockey sucks way more than I realized. Football only happens a couple of times a week. I guess this is what drives people to reality TV. If that's the only other choice, then, yes. I will watch the World Series.

Before MLB Extra Innings, I would usually watch the World Series even without the Red Sox being in it. After a full season of the Red Sox, I am usually just spent by now and have no feeling at all for any non-Red Sox teams. My ability to follow my own team so thoroughly now has wiped out my interest in other teams. I'll flip the game on if I happen to be in front of a TV, which I no longer make much time for once the Red Sox are done, but otherwise, I'll be doing other things. In the case of tonight, that will be driving for the entire course of the game, so I wouldn't be watching even if I did care, which I don't.
